< Back to InsightsWe’ve recently appointed Nicci Rowlands as our new finance manager and Jenny Stephens has been working with us on PR and marketing for the past two years.
As a small business, there are always tasks that we know are important, but aren’t always at the top of the todo list, when there is client facing work to be done. We really appreciate the support we get from our specialised support team. It allows us to concentrate on the architecture, knowing that our finances and marketing are in good hands.
Nicci Rowland runs a specialised bookkeeping practice dedicated to supporting eco-friendly businesses in the sustainable building industry. With over three years of experience and a deep passion for sustainability, she helps architects, builders, and manufacturers manage their finances efficiently while staying true to their environmental values.
We love how our values align, and trust that Nicci will ensure that our finances are in the best possible position.
We would like to say a big thank you, and farewell to Michelle Stones who was our bookkeeper for nine years, working remotely from Liverpool, as she hands the reins to Nicci.
Jenny Stephens has been working with us since 2024, supporting us on our PR and Marketing. She works with a small stable of built environment practices who seek to have a positive impact on people, place and planet. It’s like having our own in house communications team who can pick up projects and enquiries, and work independently in the background to keep our small practice visible – to our clients and to our collaborators.
As with all our coworkers, we work flexibly, and come together in person when we can. We’re proud to have Nicci and Jenny on our team.
