Our standard homeowner fees cover our work up to submitting your design to the planning authorities (if necessary). After this you can choose to project manage and deliver your scheme direct with a contractor or as a self build. Or we can take on the detail design and project management, to ensure your final project lives up to the potential of our agreed scheme.
