Sustainable practice
Collective Works was founded as a sustainable practice. We get excited by the potential of beautiful and responsible architecture. And we want you to feel just the same.
Living sustainably is the only responsible choice. We design for sustainable homes, workplaces, schools, health facilities and places for the community. We like to seek out the sustainable option. From building less, embracing the circular economy, exploring green technologies and designing using natural materials our designs aim to remain within planetary boundaries and fulfil your brief to produce an exceptional result for you.
But alongside our work, we also practice sustainably. We are based in Leroy House, a net zero office space, and are engaged in the environmental movement within our industry.
This collection of blogs explores how we pursue a sustainable practice, combining our interests and research and how we apply these passions to our architecture. We hope you find them insightful.
